What Should I Know Before Admission?
- Upon admission, our consultant will provide advice regarding your admission date.
- For inpatient stay, guardian/patient may kindly register at the Business Office with the following documents:
– Identification Card (NRIC) / Passport
– Valid Insurance Card (for policyholders)
– Valid guarantee letter (for corporate patients) - You may rest assured knowing that our admissions team will assist with the admissions process:
– Allocate beds based on availability, request, or entitlement.
– Brief you on the terms and conditions of the service and deposit requirements. - Once the bed is ready, our Patient Service Assistant will accompany you to the ward
Discharge Guide
What Should I Know Before Discharge?
- Our consultant will review your condition to further decide on the appropriate discharge timeline.
- The final bill is issued based on your preferred payment method:
– For self-pay, the final bill is issued within 2 hours.
– For insurance coverage, third-party administrators, or corporate agreements, the final bill requires a minimum of 4 hours for processing. - Once the payment is made, you may collect your take-home medications from the pharmacy.
