Bagan Specialist Centre is a 330-bed hospital located in Taman Bagan in Butterworth, northern Malaysia. We are located right beside the Prai River. We were the sole private hospital in Penang’s mainland when we first opened our doors in December 1988.
Being one of the pioneer hospitals to embark on a fully automated early warning scoring system in the APAC region in July 2018, Bagan Specialist Centre takes pride in being at the forefront of healthcare trends with the latest technology adoption. We offer comprehensive healthcare services ranging from lifestyle development to diagnosis and treatment.
